How it works

Three steps, no hassle

When a broadcast ends, Facebook publishes its recording as a normal video on your profile or page, and that recording is what gets downloaded. Since 2025 those recordings are removed automatically thirty days after the broadcast.

  1. Wait for the broadcast to end and open its recording on your profile or page.

  2. Copy the link, or click the SaveAllVid extension icon on the video page.

  3. Choose the quality and download; long recordings are best saved with the extension or the app.
